Brief Description
In the coking process, the front or back end of the electric coke capture adopts a special explosion-proof analysis system, which is composed of an explosion-proof analyzer, gas sampling, and pretreatment. The gas sampling adopts the sampling probe with advanced technology of our company, and adopts the steam mixing method, so that the condensate such as tar and benzene is gasified by steam at high temperature, and then washed and separated by water, realizing the low maintenance and safe operation of the sampling pretreatment system. This solution solves the trouble of sampling caused by tar, benzene, dust, etc. in coke oven gas, solves the analysis of gas concentration in dangerous situations, and ensures the safe operation of field equipment.  Main Features GE-601 continuous and automatic monitoring soot S02, NOx, CO2, CO, O2, humidity, air flow, temperature and pressure.
The main components of this system include: laser backscattering dust monitoring system, flue gas analysis system, pitot tube flow measuring systems, primarily testing equipment are all imported equipment, high specification, high reliability. Output unit: mg/m3, ppm (optional). Cabinets are designed and manufactured specifically for the flue gas monitoring the scene, with dust, ventilation and heat sinking. The main objective of pretreatment system are dedusting, cooling, drainage, sampling. Sampling pumps are Germany imported. Refrigeration compressor with refrigerating capacity, fast cooling, good performance characteristics of effluent.
Electrical control system main objective is to improve the analysis of systems of automation, automatic back blow clean the probe, filter, sample line, automatic drainage, excessive alarm functions. Error: S02, N02 analysis accuracy is less than 1%F.S. GE-601 error is less than 4%, GE-601 can provide up to 95% of monitored data availability. GE-601 can work for at least 180 days without the need for non-routine maintenance requirements.
