YH-300 tuning fork level limit switch is a common type of level limit switch.
A tuning fork causes by internal crystal resonance, when the tuning fork is immersed by liquid or
solid, the vibration frequency changes, and detected by the electronic circuit, then output a switch
signal. Tuning fork level limit switch is immune to medium electrical parameters and turbulence,
agitation, bubbles, vibration and other factors, no moving parts, so don’t need maintenance and
adjustment. It is the ideal choice for complex condition.
Features
High adaptability: the electrical parameters and density of measured materials are not affected
the measurement. Scaling, mixing, air bubbles, vibration, medium viscosity, high temperature,
high pressure and other adverse conditions also has no effect on test.
Maintenance-free: Since the detection of tuning fork level switch completed by the electronic circuit,
no mechanical moving parts, so no maintenance required after installation and operation.
Without adjustment: Since the electrical parameters and density of measured medium has no effect
on the detection of tuning fork level switch, so no matter what liquids measures do not need on-site
adjustment.
