Overview

YH-100 single rod vibrating level switch is one kind of tuning fork level switch, there is no problems of medium adhesion, impact. Its cylindrical single probe rod structure determines its adaptability to industrial field more widely. It adopt the principle of tuning fork resonance, vibrating driven by a piezoelectric. Only when the rod is fully surrounded by the material, vibration amplitude will reduce sharply, resulting switching.

Main Features

Round smooth single rod probe, can effectively prevent clipping and sticking medium, it can work stable sensitivity intact even clipping and sticking with medium.

Not affected by the determination of the material, no adjustment after installation, can stark work directly.

Piezoelectric device is built in the rod, anti-vibration tube is just 9mm long.

Depending on different measured medium, height can be adjusted (H, M, L), can measure different proportion liquids or powders.

Using 15A high-capacity relay switch, can control the motor directly.

Compared with rotary paddle level switch: there is no moving parts, the probe is abrasion and impact resistance, sensitivity is adjustable.

Compare with capacitive level switch: not affected by dielectric coefficient, self-cleaning.

Easy to use, sturdy and durable, no need for calibration after installation.
